Will Single Hit Without Inhalation Show On Test

So this may sound like a stupid question but please hear me out. So I had a wisdom tooth removed yesterday. I have been trying to avoid smoking. So tonight I had my girlfriend pull on a bowl, and then blow it into my mouth, so I could avoid the suction and dry socket. When I was lighting it, it seemed like she wasn't even pulling because the flame barely pulled into the bowl and just hovered at the top. After she gave me the hit which she blew straight into my mouth, it was almost nothing, literally the faintest, teeniest hit. Then she remembered she may or may not have a drug test Monday for an internship she is starting. Is there any possibility she would test positive? I feel like a douchebag for not even thinking of it. I really don't think it would show by Monday or if even at all. Should she possibly call out the first day ( I know that makes her look bad). I just feel so bad and am wondering if I am just overthinking it. I don't think she inhaled anything at all, but would inhaling a tiny hit show up 36 hours later? Thanks in advance.

 

If that was the only hit she has taken recently she should be fine. Like the only one in the past few weeks. Using more often than that and she might still have some in her system. But if she didn't inhale that is unlikely. One hit might not even be enough to register on the test regardless.

If this company has invested in your gf enough to tell her to show up on Monday they might not even test. They just say that to scare you.
