Sounds like it's time to attempt to sort fact from fiction, if possible. (likely not...)
Go to a lawyer and draw up the paperwork and shove it in her face (make a copy for yourself, to hide)
Record your conversation with her and take it with you to the lawyer.

 

Most sober women would only spread their legs for a sober guy. From personal experiences drunk guy's haven't exactly given me satisfaction and the atmosphere definitely is appealing. As for the Logic God she needs a reality check. And you should part ways with her. If she's getting laid elsewhere she's getting something she wants right now there. You should find a lady willing to give you that.
