Why's It Acceptable For Someone To Rub A Pregnant Womens Belly

Ahah lucky you! It happened to me quite a few times, at the beginning of my pregnancy I couldn't see them coming. After a fight where I almost punched another woman in the face (she couldn't get that I was offended by her rubbing my bump just like that), I realized I had to pay more attention and come up with something to dissuade people in general from touching me. I don't get it, I often look like a serious sketchbag (punky clothes, tattoos, dreadlocks), how dare they? Lol but anyways, this was serious food for thoughts.

It can be a cultural thing, when I was pregnant with my first we went to the south of France for our vacation, over there just about every woman over 55 either coo'd & ooh'd whenever we went into shops or restaurants, or put their hands either on my shoulder or in some cases on my abdomen! I had no problem with that at all, it's just the way they adore children, pregnant women & all things maternal. I even attracted attention from women (& the occasional man!) trying to sunbathe on the nude beach at Hendaye!

well that would depend on her. the pregnancy thing that is. but why wouldn't it be if she was ok with it?

as populated as today's world is, i would think a pregnancy more something that happens then anything to celebrate.

i wouldn't condemn anyone for it. at least not the woman anyway.

children being born more often then old people die, is one of humanity's bigger mistakes. right up there with automobiles and coal fired power plants.

women are just being nice when they have sex. where as men have this ego insecurity thing they have to make a big deal about.

not saying there's anything wrong with people being horny. they just need to be less fertile.

 

There should be a process for having children. Form work and an application. It's rediculous that to get a loan you need a full time job, history of work ethic, stable income, a deposit etc. and that's just for like a car loan, heaps of folks get denied for an automobile lol. A child on the other hand you don't need anything to even remotely prove you can keep said child alive. Anyone can have a baby and I think that's wrong.

 

30% of children homeless. creaping 3rd worldism, no matter what science does. then we all get sick and starve.

(nothing that's fucked up has to be, no matter what anyone says to the contrary. no ideology can solve it. i'll grant that. but universally mutual consideration without hierarchy being a factor can.)

sound's like China to me. No birth without form work. CRI had a program the other day where they told about the Chinese government's love for form work. Chinese people have to fill out way over 100 forms in their lifetimes.
