Yeah, hasn't everyone figured out yet that assholes are just assholes, regardless of what faggy club they think owns their soul? Obviously assholes are going to use anything that they think makes them special and everyone else crap as a reason to treat them like crap. But for some reason if it's a religion, rather than a salary or a language or just owning something they don't have, we convince ourselves it's worth killing each other for. Did you know that if you segregate a roomful of people into those with green eyes and those without, the non-green-eyed will treat the green-eyed differently, and treat them badly, for no reason whatsoever other than that they've been marked out as different? So of course any race that claims to be the chosen people is going to encourage acrimony. It's fucking science, not anti-Semitism! They brought it on themselves and their children's children and now they want me to give a shit. Well fuck them. They're no different from those kids who dress like goths and get picked on. If you mark yourself out as different, different is what you'll be. If you can't deal with that - and let's remember that you can deal with that, mostly - don't fucking do it in the first place.
i'm pretty sure somewhere along the line a good number of them did something to leitimately disgust and infuriate people in many parts of the world. nboody gets kicked out of almost every country they've lived in for the sake of shits and giggles. but that's the thing about stereotypes, while not true on every occaison. as far as accusations of blood libel go, there was recently an italian rabbinical leader named ariel toaff who admited that blood libel is in fact real. though perpetrated within only small cricles of certain individuals. needless to say, his fellows in world jewry pressured him to retract his statement.but the fact that they hold unequal amounts of prestige and power shows me that they do get special treatment more often than most of us do. there are jews like benjamin freedman who have admited there really is a jewish power elite that plays a large role in running things. i think a lot of people are just tired of always being expected to feel sory for them, only to see them act like ingrates and to ruin the trust others have in them. like for example when criminal figures who happen to be jewish often flee or attempt to flee to israel to avoid extradition. their success lies largely within working together as a group and placing their own into prominent public institutions like the faculty of ivy league schools or large amounts of jewish individuals with proffesions such as judges and attournies . you'd be very naive to think they are unlike other groups of people and do not look out for one another to tip the scales in their favor. do you seriously think phil spector is getting off of murder charges simply because he's a wealthy and well known record producer? hardly! you can bet your bottom dollar that the fact that the judge and many of the attournies involved in the case being jewish has something to do with leniency given to him. while you may think this all seems too wild to be true, consider this. it would be like saying it's too far fetched to suggest that the KKK members in Mississippi who killed those civil rights workers got off for other reasons besides the fact that it was an all white jury. i can't exactly imagine very many hick a billy klansmen in the 1960s being wealthy enough to buy off an entire court room. keep in mind that mississippi is a very poor state even to this day. it's a well known fact that all groups of people usually look out for their own first and foremost.
it's commonplace for people to segregate themselves from others for numerous reasons. not just on the basis of race or religion either. remember when you were in high school and the nerds would sit with each other at a certain table or tables? the athletes would sit at their special table, as would the kids who have parents with money and influence in the community. people don't always segregate themselves for the sake of hate towards others. they segregate themselves because they feel the most comfortable around others like themselves in some certain way.
someone burned an effigy of barack obama? i suppose it would be humorous to watch a puppet go up in flames and see his strings snap and break.
As immigrants and nomads, they were heavily involved in mercantile trade. People hate merchants, because they need them. Makes total sense. That's why people here hated the Pakistanis but still shops at their shops. A smart lady once said, no-one can make you feel inferior without your permission. The nerds didn't have to be nerds, but they gained an identity through fitting in. I well remember school, actually: I was the smart kid who couldn't quite give in to getting comfortable right at the bottom of the social hierarchy. And I've done what I can, not to fit in per se, but to find out which parts of my identity are me, and which parts are for show. I'm sure a lot of people are victimised, but I'm sure that a lot of others grow comfortable with the status and the benefits of victimhood. I am told that the Jews feel a lack of identity and of a sense of home; newsflash, guys, the only people who DON'T feel that are gun-toting freakazoid rednecks! And ironically, they often hate the Jews! My point here is though that identity is not solid, is not genetic, and is not something that one is totally stuck with. True, we don't entirely control it either. But if someone insults me race or age or sexuality, that's something I don't control. If someone insults my clothing, I choose that outfit, and I have to take responsibility for it. Is it important enough to me to make a big deal out of, knowing that someone might make a big deal back? If so then, by all means, I should fight for it. But chances are, I'll instead decide: can I deal with the reaction? If yes, I take the rough with the smooth. If no, I'll change it. That's probably spineless, but I can't help but feel that any social group that doesn't react to hostility with more hostility probably finds that that hostility will dwindle.
if being merchants were good enough reason to kick someone out of your country. there'd be a lot more indians and middle easterners expeled from america. i'm sure there's a lot more to it than just being traders or merchants, if being a buisnessman got people kicked out of a country. there'd probably be no donald trumps or warren buffets.
Ah, no, it's precisely because you can't kick them out of your country that the acrimony is bred. We don't like the idea that people from poorer countries come to the UK and do the "little guy" jobs, but we also sure as hell know we're not going to do them either. So we dislike them, but we need them, which turns the dislike into hate. It's a theory, anyway. I'm not absolving people of responsibility for the way they're viewed. There is definitely a vein of the media that encourages Jews and other minorities to feel persecuted against, to express resentment towards the majority for the sins of the fathers and to assume the worst of them. I personally believe Bill Bryson's line, that indifference breeds tolerance. If I don't give a shit whether someone's Jewish, yes, I'm not celebrating their diversity, but I'm not slipping boxes of doo-doo through their door either.
no, but be careful with the scatalogical comments. woody allen might read it and get inspired to make a new film
Now that he's not in them I don't mind. It's kinda weird seeing his choices for who plays "him" though.
his films revolve around bathroom functions, lusting after young girls and masturbation. sort of mimics his real life so to speak.
by normal people you must mean sigmund freud? he's also better at touching his own biological children too.
You have a greater chance of being hit by a drunk driver than you do being bitten by an actual semite Jew. Edomites. These are the daywalkers of our time. Known to bite too. x
Big Einstein fan. My whole life. Besides physics, he introduced me to Spinoza. Steven Spielberg is pretty high on the admiration list as well. x
einstein was an asshole who knocked up his own cousin and abandoned her so she could raise the boy by herself. benjamin freedman is much more worthy of someone's admiration than einstein is. he wrongly gets credit for ideas that were already around.
