in my neck of the woods we celibrate native americans day instead. hope that doesn't sound too fasitious but we know what kind of bs artist columbus was. i'm glad people are figuring that stuff out.

 

Cloumbus was a murder ,I call it Native American Day

 

Hey!@ we don't celebrate Sitting Bull day so don't fill me with that load and Black history month is the shortest one on the calender so you'll live. They finally have a month for latinos but where is the indian month. I think it should start in the middle of one month and run until the early part of some other month. (Kind of like the Pow wows around here hehehe. Start late end early.)

MLK he was Killed for his country & ,His peoples freedom!!!!!!On the other hand Cloumbus killed & ,Inslaved the Natives,& It was'nt even his country YET!!they had'nt stole it yet!!!!thats the drieffence/yeah Cloumbus sailed the ocean blue but ,he murdered ,inslaved ,& spread small pox...If i had Cloumbus Day off heck yeah I would take it I would just ..call it "Native American Day ",& celebrate the Indains..I'm just glad the Native Americans are gettin to build Casinos ..& there is'nt anything the bible thumpers can do about it..Sorry if this is a touchy subject i KNOW what MLK did , stood for &, died for,,but Cloumbus how can you descover something that was allready here & ,very prosperous..the only thing he descoverd was a nation he could steal,& kill...No ones going to take your holiday but, Im not proud of Cloumbus..""Tecuseh "now thats a cat i honor !if the natives would of banded to gether & listen to him .. like he was tryin to do ,things would of been driffent!!!
