Why isn't Hunter Biden in prison yet?

We are talking about first offenses and victimless felonies. In my weak understanding of British Common Law, is that probation is in order. Remember that Mr. Biden Junior paid back all of the unpaid taxes. The possession of a firearm by a convicted felon includes Hunter Biden and Donald Trump. Perhaps they should share a cell. Right!

 

The flying monkeys of the MAGA Cult willfully and maliciously interfered with and contaminated the judicial process to the point that Hunter Biden can't get a fair and impartial hearing on the merits, violating his constitutional rights to due process.
A presidential pardon remedies that injustice.

When Trump takes office he'll be giving blanket pardons to the January 6 rioters in prison. Then it will be our turn to get upset.

 

Hunter Biden isn't in jail because the Republican's whole case was knowingly built on lies. The House Drama Club was informed by the FBI that their star witness was full of shit, but they didn't care and proceeded anyway, with Comer repeatedly lying through his teeth to the TV cameras because it was never about truth in the first place. It was a malicious smear campaign of character assassination, just like their $120 million Whitewater/Benghazi/email "investigation" by the House Witch-Hunt Committee. Despite being the most thoroughly investigated woman in history, at the end of the day the Republicans couldn't show as much as an overdue library book, yet 55% of the electorate believed the "Crooked Hillary" lie anyway, led by malevolent liars and dipshits like the original poster of this thread.
