   Why is it that they sell dried skin, fresh cuttings, etc., but places don't sell the mescaline ready to drink?

   because then it would be prepared for consumption, and very illegal. When you buy skins and cuttings, they are for incense and cultivation only. mescaline juice has no other purpose but ingestion.
