1. Apparently, you don't know most normal penises are circumcised, only not the way a Jews is. If your dick looks close to a mushroom, it's circumcised. Which most do.

2. You weren't around in 1942. Recalling it from what you've read (who, the writer, was probably barely around in '42) doesn't say much.
