Why I Am A Skeptic...

Many religious people are just cynics too. That is part of the reason they turn to religion in the first place, because they don't really believe in either themselves or the human future.
Some even want 'the end of the world' now. They are that cynical.

 

Scary - even more so because it is true!

 

Oh, I gave all other things a chance, but 'the end of the World' fits me the most.

It's estimated, that by 2008 we'll have the Ability to fly to Mars...
True, we're already able, Technicly, but legally is another story.

Now, I believe I'll get raptured first.

 

Good, maybe you'll catch up with your brain, 'cuz it's already been "raptured", apparently.

there are other definitions of religion that do not include the supernatural. religion is one of the most natural things that we do. from the latin "relegere", coming together. from rock concerts to rainbow gatherings

 

We are speaking of the "supernatural" versions, mati, not the extensive broad definition of assembly.

 

Man can lie, nature cannot. Ive never seen anything supernatural, But Ive heard people talk about it
