Laws are being passed to ensure a balance of these categories on company boards and in governments but what about short people, left handed people, blind people, people with beards, Hindus, surfers, dog owners, people who like to sleep naked or drink wine or do Pilates? There are infinite ways of categorising people I guess these three groups just happen to shout the loudest at this moment in the West. What do you think?
