Most of your social issues, including you second guessing yourself, is likely stemming from your diagnosis. You NEED to accept this and find every resource possible for helping yourself. The whole idea of being diagnosed with issues such as the ones you describe, is not intended to use as a crutch. The idea is understanding that the fundamental wiring inside of our brains is just slightly off course. In order to fix this, it requires a deep perspective change within yourself. Only you can begin to make those changes by exhausting every resource possible to give you a better and more healthy view of yourself and the world around you.

In the mean time, the best thing that I can suggest (I have severe anxiety with bipolar tendencies primarily manifesting in obsessive compulsiveness) is to try your best to look at people as though they have no motives or negative intentions. YOU have control over how close they can get to you.
Look people in the eye. Smile. And ask them how they are. Genuinely. Be mindful of this every day. You will start to notice you relationships with the people around you to change gradually.

 

Lolz, that sounds magical, treat everyone well and they'll all wanna hang round you. Course the opposite is true, be nice and everyone just walks all over you.

Take it from this guy, who understands people, including women, for those that didnt know they are people...he knows, he still lives with his mom

 

So, everyone can sniff it out a mile away, he should go work on himself and his problems, cos it has to be him, cant possibly be about whats wrong with everyone.....and once he has fixed himself.....everyone will be able to sniff it out a mile away anyway
