You are either the most unfortunate person alive with regards to meeting women or you have an issue due to your approach.

People smell desperate a mile away so if you come on too strong or you are awkward doing so, it is not going to go well. Maybe you are just trying too hard.

Perhaps even taking something like a communication course would help as they do teach skills that can be also applied to a personal life. For some people communicating is not easy and lack of that skill can make others uncomfortable.
