Well, generally I tend to agree. But in practice, the right to keep and bear arms isn't the same as the right to carry a pistol with you everywhere you go.

Well, one of the reasons for cocaine's initial classification as a dangerous drug was because of "cocaine-crazed negros", hence the reference.

You pay the government taxes for a reason, might as well have them protect you. You are just as able to protect yourself, but it's nice to know that the cops are on your side when you have 10 negroes with shotguns against you and your one .22, ya know what I mean?
