why do hippies stink?

I do because I keep a turd in my back pocket. It pays to be ready, I sez.

 

The idea of taking a shower every day is relatively new. Unless you have a physical labor job where you work up quite a sweat or if you have a body odor problem, showering a couple times a week is adequate. Plus it saves water.

 

I just love bathing in a septic pond...

 

Because when one hangs out in the woods for weeks at a time, it gets difficult to bathe.

 

Hippie stink, the combination of BO, Patchouli, and Pot Smoke.

What's worse? Bad B.O? Or hateful people that are putrid inside? The OP can keep Anita Bryant close by his/her side (the Florida Sunshine Girl!). But I'd rather embrace Abbie Hoffman and Patti Smith. They might not take a bath every day, but they sure as hell question and challenge the morals and ethics of this insanely sanitized society - and they've actually made the world a better place for us all big time

I always taste for the flavor of sauces using a spoon. Sometimes the habit is to use or give it the finger but I find in doing so I get the sense that it tastes a lot like sauce on a finger and I miss the point.
