    Good article. I'll have to check if my fitness center allows bare feet. I haven't seen anyone training in bare feet so far. My previous fitness center required shoes. Stupid.

    My gym flip flops are OK and no one is policing its a 24 hour so I do the leg press and bike without them.

    One reason I chose to do Pilates was that it is usually done barefoot.

    Good point. My place is also 24 hours. I guess if I go during off hours, no problem.
