Why Can't You Buy Just One Cigarette?

I can't see what would drive someone to smoke a nasty cigarette unless they're already addicted to it. If I smoked a cig now I would probably puke.

 

i get smokes like that in the day,, maybe smoke like 4 cigs, but Im constantly putting them out..

 

yeah, i don't see why you would smoke a nasty cigarette. every once in a while it's nice to smoke a decent cigarette when you're drunk though.

 

Yeah...I quit a long time ago like years. But I did smoke once this past spring. It's a really easy way for me to get high without overdoing it. I feel like I overdo it on alcohol so I don't want to risk drinking. Cigarettes I know I won't overdo. It's basically to handle some stress. A friend of mine offered his e-cig thing although I've never tried that before.

I can't think of bumming a cigarette because I think all the brands I've tried are disgusting except the one I used to buy. He said the e-cig has a nice taste though.

And yeah. I could go with one or two puffs and then I'd put it out. LOL, it sounds funny, but it works for me. I might not even need it more than one day.

 

I quit smoking 2 years ago, but when I go travel again I probably start smoking again. Can't beat the feeling of waiting in some hot, dusty country at a busstop, unsure of where you will end up, whilst smoking a cigarette.

There's an old fashioned tobacconist shop in my town where they sell loose cigarettes, mainly fancy ones like Black Prussians. I suppose they would sell you just one if you asked them nicely.

Tobacconists.....They must feel under quite some pressure these days.
