Why can you not legally be nude in public?

Also, there are way to many perverts in the world.

 

who are only that way inclined because we have clothes. clothes probably created the stigma.

however, i'm glad we where them.

 

By the way you can be legally nude in public, you'll just be arrested afterwards.

 

Why is it common sense. When a government forcibly stops someone from being a person when said person does not harm another or harm any material goods, it is called oppression.

Clothers are logical and make great sense both for health and safety, and I am glad we have them as well. But torturing people (read: jailing) people for being people in the most basic sense is oppressive and in my eyes is tyranny. It is wrong, and the reason we get so horny at seed a nipple is because we are concealed from it. It becomes a fetish because we see it so little. we see this in otehr countries as well where they may have similar laws for ankles. Now if you walked down the street in NY or somewhere and were arrested for wearing shorts and showing leg skin, you may cry bloody murder. But tell me, aside from social conditioning, is a nipple any different than a knee cap? breasts are not sexual, not are ass holes. genitals are the only exception, and everyone only has one.

I personally believe in personal freedoms, not nanny states.

 

This is a cultural issue rather than a moral one. Many people have questioned the legality of not allowing you simply not to wear clothes if you choose. Personally speaking I feel that you should be allowed to go naked at any time and anywhere you choose with no restrictions. We have to accept that the majority do not agree with this.

We all have different levels of comfort zones. Few of us would be comfortable being the only naked person in a city street feeling that others regarded us as unacceptably not attired. In a situation where we know nudity is OK then we don't mind along as others don't mind either even when everyone else is clothed.

Tolerance is growing in some areas and retracting in others. Total nude freedom sadly will just not happen for the time being. A few more open areas would be nice though.

 

But if we all went naked, wouldn't that not matter anymore? We'd all be used to seeing those of the opposite sex naked, so it wouldn't excite us.


I think we come from many generations of conservative, overly-modest people. Just looking back in the past 150 years, things have REALLY changed with dress. Everyone always had long pants/dressed and long sleeves on. Hemlines began to shorten, and now we have people who were hardly anything outside. Perhaps in the future we WILL be naked again

A solitary naked woman (or man) on an isolated stretch of beach or countryside is more vulnerable. But on a crowded beach I find that the presence of naked ladies is not sexually arousing because you know that the situation is not sexual. Even if you come across a lone nude female sunbather in a quiet spot there is such a thing a self control so there is no excuse for even partially blaming anyone for their own rape.

Just grow up Jason and act your age instead of thinking like a crass teenager.

True you may have little control over the erection itself BUT you have every control over what to do with it. Just don't flaunt it and it will subside soon enough. Remember if you were to force your desires on a woman (or man if you are that way inclined) that person is not only physically assaulted but also psychologically traumatised in ways you cannot seem to comprehend.

 

Errections in a nudist enviroment are so rare that worrying about them is almost a waste of time. The truth is that in most nudist enviroments the only males getting an errection are very young children. And that has nothing to do with sexual arousal, it's just nature testing out the equipment.

I was talking to a friend today about this and they said PEOPLE SHOULD HAVE CLOTHES ON..

I dunno.... I disagree,clothes (Especially made today) feel like crap and i wouldnt mind being nude to be quite honest!

 

Because some people have "sharts", and trust me, that can get really gross at times.

Most nudists should put their clothes on therefore public nudity is illegal plus I am sure there is some religious reason why ...
