Why are we so plastic?

I agree, that's true to some point. But not everyone is addicted to plastic surgery.

 

I always try different tactics. If the first one does not work I rely on the second. Or third. Or fourth. Etc. etc. ad infinitum.

But you should indeed do that. I am pretty sure that many will follow after you and maybe you and I can make a change in this world. Maybe we could make people realise the really important things in our lives.

Maybe we could save some 16-year olds who want to look like supermodels, but kill themselves because they don't.
Maybe we could make people feel they can be happy without having a perfect body or face.
Maybe we can take this world to a higher level, a level of acceptance.
Maybe we can be the change that many people want, deep inside their hearts, and maybe they too can be part of that change.

 

At the moment there is a face to go with your posts, you are judged.

 

I am not talking about surgery here. Just plastic.

 

i have posted pics of myself.. .via request and as a space to store a pic so I could upload it somewhere else and people don't treat me differently because of it but then again I'm not all about my looks or the looks of others either.

I think its just human nature to look at other people and to judge them (maybe judge isn't the best word to use but it makes a point) based on looks. . its a survival thing.
