Why Are Guys Like This When A Woman Is Having Her Period?

I don't know..I've seen some opinions to that standard on this board, and yes, it certainly does still exist today.

 

Yup, I agree as well.. now I'm single again some friends actually told me that I should act a little less friendly so I didn't give guys the idea that I was into them (for sex or sth) and make'm horny.. I mean.. wtf? If they mistake my genuine friendlyness for something else then whose problem is that? Should I become a bitch and wear a burka just so the poor poor guys don't get horny? Grrr.. still get mad from that.. hehe.. should get myself a tshirt saying: "I'm just being nice, now fuck off" or "I don't want sex, I'm really just that friendly".. hehe

Being a single guy for all of my life and having had one or two sexual encounters along the way, I'm surprised to see that no one mentioned the fact that intercourse feels different when the woman is menstruating. I'm a horny f#$k, so a period has never stopped me before, I'll even eat a bleeding gash, but when it's especially heavy, I feel like I'm having sex with a glass of water, or if it's light, it can feel like sandpaper. Bottom line is this...we're here to take care of each other. We all want each other to meet our individual needs, so I say even if intercourse is not desirable, then find another way to satisfy your mate. If you don't someone else might.

I only did it once when I had my period. I was about 20 and really reluctant. The guy convinced me to do it, and I'm glad I did. I never got cramps but my periods used to be about 9 days long. Now I don't have to worry about that thanks to cervical and uterine cancer. I still horny as hell once a month, but pms is a major factor for me right now.... Ahhhh, concessions.

 

I like having intercourse during my period-the flow makes for more lube and it definitely helps with cramps. Some guys dig it, some guys don't. And of course, there's always Instead or the Keeper, which can you wear during your period and it will keep the flow inside of you.

 

Sorry but thats not true it depends on how bad you are bleeding, and it is really nasty to have sex on your period, believe me i know

OK....ALL tampons are designed so a woman can swim, or perform any other daily activity. However, there is no tampon on the market that is safe to keep inserted inside during sex. Instead and the Keeper are the only products on the market that allows a woman to have sex while while the product is inside-they are cups, not tampons.

 

There is something called "the cup" that is inserted and it catches the blood. I used it a couple times but I havent been able to find it around, maybe they pulled it for some reason. You could wear it for up to 12 hours, and could have sex with it in. I don't know why they don't have them anymore, maybe I'll do some research into it.

 

I'd have sex with a girl on her period, I just wouldn't give face.

 

Hm.. I know about the 'cup' thingies but I doubt if they are designed to be used during intercourse. The guy in one of the previous posts however, wasn't that far off from the truth.. there are tampon-like things that are especially designed for birthcontrol (contain nonoxynol-9), but I think similar sponge thingies exist to trap the periodical blood during sex as well, without getting in the way. As far as I know they are not available in Holland, so I've got no experience with'm. However, if you walk into a (good) sexshop, they should be having all the information you want about the period-sponges!
