Why am I always hungry?

    Tapeworm. Starve yourself for a day and sit with milk on your tongue. Once it crawls up your throat grab it with a pair of forceps. It will writhe around a lot. Be careful not to break it or you will have half a dead worm body in your esophagus.

    Been there done that bro. I ate literally everything in sight for over a year (ate probably around 5 meals a day) and never gained weight, without even growing rapidly. It's weird because now I can't eat at all, the thought of food no matter what time of day doesn't bring much excitement, I pretty much eat to survive lately aha. Guess you just go through phases?

    last year I ate so much. I still eat a lot but I usually only eat 2 meals a day. The 2 meals I eat though are super HUGE! like for example if I go eat at taco bell. I will eat two 5 layer burritos, 1 bean cheese burrito, a chicken quesadilla, and a taco.

    I have gone to jack in the box and ate 4 jumbo jacks and still ate a piece of cake and some fries.

    so yeah basically I eat 2 super huge meals a day now. My family says my stomach is a bottomless pit.

    here is another one of my regular meals. 10 buffalo chicken strips the big long ones. 4 bread sticks. and carrots.

    I also exercise a lot.


    If you really wanna change your eating habits then do this:

    Do not eat all day till 7pm. During this day of not eating make sure to get in some exercise. Do some push ups and sit ups along with walking your dog. and when you do eat only eat 2 turkey sandwiches max on wheat bread but if you can't stand wheat then white bread. if you do not like turkey then have ham or pastrami or whatever. You can have a glass of milk with this too.

    day 2: Wake up and go to town with a nice breakfast. have some eggs n bacon or something. Then do not eat the rest of the day.

    day 3: Eat a real small light breakfast. No sugar cereal. Like 1 bowl of wheaties or oatmeal or something like that. do not eat lunch. for dinner have a can of tuna or a sandwich again or chicken noodle soup.

    day 4: You should notice a slight decrease in how much you wanna eat.

    ALSO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! if you really wanna stop eating so much. lower your appetite. how will you do this??? Simply eat the same thing over and over again for a long time. you will get tired of it and not want to eat as much.

    the more options of good food you have the more you will wanna eat. so lower your options and you appetite will decrease. So yeah eat turkey sand wiches, a apple or orange, carrots or corn, drink milk, for a straight week. that is healthy food. this is almost guranteed to work if you can handle eating the same thing over and over again. Remember in some countries people who are poor have to constantly eat the same thing.
