whose your favorite artist?

I greatly enjoy many of the artists chosen here, but my favorite would have to be Michael Hussar.

 

chet zar is a brilliant artist. i dont know how he does it. i asked him if he did some work for Tool because a lot of his work looks like things that Adam Jones put in their music videos, and he said that he actualy has worked with them on a few of their videos. Alex Grey, the man who does most of tool's newer album art, is another one of my all tiem favorites. his works are very spiritual and extremely detailed pictures that show the organ systems in human bodies and things. one of my favorites is called gaia or soemthign leik that. Zombienose is rather festive too

 

My favourite artist? Alex Grey and Alex Cherry... Is everybody named Alex talented with art? As i have recently started to believe that names affect people...

has anyone heard of Anatoly Fomenko? he's a mathematician and doesn't really consider himself an artist, but his stuff still blows me away... very surreal:

Some may know him as 'that guy with the black contact lenses outta limp bikit', or if they followed what he did when he left limp bizkit, the vocalist and guitarist of 'black light burns', but his art is breathtaking....
