Prostitution is a legal line of work in the Netherlands and the prostitutes have to pay taxes as well, like every working person. And in Thailand for instance, it is a respectable line of work actually. So yeah, I have no problems with that. It has been here ever since humans were. No need to tabootise and illegalise it.
Oh, well if you were just dating a little couldn't you probably just let it trickle off? I know that's the lame way to do it, but it's so much easier than having some big conversation about it. Just be too busy to hang out until he gets the hint. (I am a complete wuss about this stuff so I would always do stuff like just stop calling, which makes me a bad person.)
i have no problem with it if its not slavery but even so, so many women get into the business out of desperation. the industry itself has a high level of violence of women getting beat up.
Even if some people will still do it the illegal way, it should be legalized and regulated so that the prostitutes AND the Johns have the option of being clean and safe... It isn't for me, however, you have to buy the whole fucking cow, not just the milk...

i agree with you completely. it's the same way that i feel about abortion. i'm not too keen on it, but it will never stop happening. may as well regulate it so it's clean and safe instead of dirty and underground. it's the oldest profession and you better believe when the earth is in ruins, there will still be hookers.
^^^WORD! Someone mentioned above that if you film it it's totally legal. I totally agree with your point that it's kind of a double standard they have with prostitution and porn. I see them as nearly the same thing. However even tho i watch porn sometimes I would never get a prostitute, no offence to anyone just that idk how to explain it but i like milk with my beef as well.
