stare into a large mirror, full lentgh is crucial, and fix your image and your body together. realize that you are a part of both, but not limited to either. then back your etheric body out of your solid body, turn 180 degrees and back through your body into your mirror image. now look.

I always look into the mirror with a gun pointing at it, and repeat the line "You talkin' to me????" "I dont see anyone else here, so you must be talkin to me"

 

You know, a friend once told me I can find out who I was in my past life. She said to take a big flashlight, place a red cotton cloth over the light beam, place it underneath your chin pointing upward (you know...the way you do when you tell ghost stories?), get in a dark room and look in the mirror. Then you will see the face of who you were in a past life. Depending on the number of past lives you've had, you might see a different face each time you do it. I asked her if you have to chant or anything of that nature. She said no.

She said don't try it alone because it'll scare the shit out of you. And she's done it at parties and people didn't believe it but then they were shocked to see it worked for them too.

I haven't done it though. Not yet anyway. Have any of you done or heard of that before?

The only mirror I have is in the bathroom. And I only look in it because I kinda have to when I brush my teeth, wash my face, etc.
