That so needs to be taken down across many industries. Go with talent first, work commitment, results. Not bullshit under the table handshake deals. The most prolific and successful priducer today is a woman, Kathleen Kenedy, head of Disney, now I was a fan of hers before they took over Star Wars, she did a lot of Spielbergs stuff, take a look at her film credits compared to douches like Ratner
