here is what i know about what i got:
1) it was LSD, however, there was another chemical as well, allegedly synthetic mescaline.
2) a person i know by association actually overdosed and died when he ate a 10-strip, leading me to believe that it was not solely acid, though there was definitely acid in the mix.

the effects of acid are very familiar to me, and i felt them, but there were a few effects i experienced - particularly euphoria and vertigo - that were uncharacteristic of my usual LSD experiences. could it possibly have been MDMA?

 

No you need a lot of MDMA as well, 100mg usually.

both bromo-dragonfly is cabable of being lethal, and both has been occasionally sold as LSD, and possess effects which very much resemble LSD.

if a person wanted to and had the knowledge and skill to do so (doesnt take much) they could easily acquire some bromo-dragonfly, make some blotter with it, and account for qualitative differences by saying its was a combination of LSD and some other drug. mescaline is a common drug for scam artists.

 

yeah, when i used to buy molly, i was told once that a pack i got was laced with mescaline as well, but i didn't believe it at all. it was a potent batch, though, from what i recall.

also, you can rest assured the rumors of things like strychnine being found in LSD are simply rumors and nothing more. dangerous quantities of it cannot be found on a blotter paper.

however, one of these rumors is that it is required to get LSD to "bind" to the paper, which is bullshit. however, i have heard rumors of at least one unscrupulous dealer believing said rumor. he wanted to make more money than he could with LSD, so he got some exotic edible mushrooms from the grocery, and laced them with a combination of LSD and strychnine. they WERE able to get enough on there to do damage. i have no idea whatever if this is possible or true, but it seems plausible.
