I'm age 36 and have no kids. I had made my mind up long ago to not have any. lol then come to find out later in life, due to a handicap, I more than likely can't have any, anyway. Of course I'm fine w/ that. On top of that, even if I wasn't handicapped, my odds would still be low, since I rather let a girl approach me only. It is rare for a girl to be the one who approaches as it still seems.
You slightly have me beat. I'm 35 and childless. Not by my choice. The hubs and I have been trying for about 9 years with no luck.
the oldest non-kid haver i can think of is scratcho. i think he's in his 70s, and he has like 3 non-kids.
i'm 66 and to the best of my knowledge, i've never caused another human person to be born into this world. nor wished nor intended to. yes i have had sex, with several partners over the years. not a great many however, and all were long term relationships, and only one did i ever loos contact with less that the human gestation period after having done so. that's the only reason for the "that i know of". i was later married to someone (relatively late in life) who had had a child by a previous marriage (her only daughter being already adult and married before i met her, and her daughter having had children, making me a, i guess step grandparent?) well the one and only wife died several years ago and her daughter's children are adults themselves by now, or near enough to it. i really do not believe our world needs any larger population that it has. a much smaller one would actually improve many conditions. and seeing things that way, i have endeavored, hopefully successfully, to have avoided fathering any myself.
It could still happen! Be prepared... my hubby and I TRIED for at least four years.... after five previous years sleeping together and not trying OR not trying....soo a LONG DAMN TIME... No luck. Fert issues w both of us.... When all the sudden (and I have my theories... we had RECENTLY moved outta a place we were in for 8 years and I have a theory about the air in that apartment but that's neither here nor there...) bingo.... pos test. And then almost four years later, second positive test. (Now I'm just trying to figure out how to convince him to go for number three before I turn 36- I'll be 34 in about four days so haha...)
