They are called aggregate fruits since it's a buch of little fruits put together. I love Angiosperms too, it was definitely my favorite part of the class. Actually, coconuts are nuts because nuts are fruits....

 

Haha botany humor. I was thinking of taking the biology os plants but don't need to take it for my major.

Yeah, I had to take General Botany and I also have to take Plant Ecology for my major. I just barely passed GB though. I am happy I made it through though because a lot of people don't. It has a bad reputation as being the class from hell.

Environmental Science Technology with an emphasis in Wilderness Conservation (yeah, it's long)

Botany was great though, I can now describe the evolution of the green line of life... which is a pretty cool thing to know! Although I'm sure I'll forget by next semester.
