Who is your lesbian icon?

id have to say mine would be Ellen for sure she is a great advocate for gay rights

 

I'd probably go with my aunt. She's not a blood relative, but she's been my father's best friend since they were kids, and I've always called her my aunt since I was little. She and her wife have always been there for my dad, my sister and me. She's more of a mother than my own mother ever was, that's for damn sure.

She's not really what I'd consider a 'lesbian icon,' but rather a person who I consider to be one of the most important people in my life, and the ideal of what a person should be, who just happens to be a lesbian.
