Every girl is beautiful in her own way, there isn't a recipe for beauty. It does sadden me to see threads like this though, women are judged every single day and the media is always telling us how we should look or what we need to buy in order to be beautiful. Isn't there an escape from this constant competition anywhere? Why do you think there is so much hatred among women. I have struggled with low self esteem for most of my adolescents and most of my adult life. I'm lucky to have found a man who really opened me up and showed me how beautiful I truly am on the inside, which in turn makes me feel beautiful on the outside. I hate that it took someone else to open my eyes, but I'm happy about who I am today. I'm positive a lot of the people on this website wouldn't take a second look at me or judge me as fake because in most of my photos I'm wearing make-up. I do admit when I first started wearing it, it was to cover up who I was. I now wear it to show off my profession. I'm a cosmetology student and soon to be makeup artist. I suppose the reason I chose this profession is because I believe that no matter who you are, When you get your hair cut, or makeup done professionally you can feel just as beautiful as when you first wake up and see yourself with bed head in the morning, something my boyfriend finds even sexier than any of the photos I've ever taken.
And to all the girls who weren't mentioned, Trust me theres someone out there (if not a whole fan club) that thinks your beautiful.
So fuck this bulletin, it only instills the behavior we fought so long and hard to be free from.
Anyways we all know a girl with a head on her shoulders is way sexier than a girl that can take appealing photos of herself.
My opinion anyways.
