Who here has been arrested?

Been arrested twice. Dumb shit.

Definitely not putting up here. And no it's not THAT big. It's just not anyone's business.

 

once when i was 15 for smoking pot, but i didnt have to go to court or anything. it got erased from my record when i turned 18.

 

I been officially warned 3 or 4 times but never arrested. One of my best mates and I had been sneaking around our school just before "muck up" day and teasing the guard dog which they had hired so we wouldn't do any pranks. The security van was looking all over the neighbourhood for us and found us hiding in a friend's yard writing a surprise good luck message. They called the police and they notified the school. We were the only people caught by the cops that night that didn't get banned from attending final exams at the school. I was a good student and my friend was dux of the school, so they couldn't afford to lose us. Somehow I don't think thats fair.

 

Why were you afraid? I think it is an experience that everyone should have, if only to help promulgate an independant stance for social change.

Fear. FEAR. FEAR dude! From the people that are supposed to be after the bad guys?

Its something that should be changed.

 

I have always wanted to be arrested, but then I think about the difficulty it could present in getting a job, let alone having no chance of getting a US visa. I'd rather be a little afraid of being arrested than to have my choices taken away from me.

 

Nah. I'm a pretty rough customer, but never been close to nailed on anything other then speeding.

 

Which is why I suggest that EVERYONE experience it. Then there'd be no problem cause we'd all be fuck ups.

Then we'd all realize how utterly silly it all seems. Perhaps then we'd do the right thing and rid ourselves of the penal system.

 

I like to think im bad ass, but turns out, only in bed. Im quite a good girl in real life. I KNOW. shock.

Thats just the stuff ive been convicted of, all victimless crimes. Its messed up, i work with felons and they can get jobs easier than me.

 

Thought a DWI was a felony?

 

nah it aint shit its a class c misdemeanor the lowest offense, you only get a couple of days for that. i got it for smokin in my car which ive done thousands of times and never had a wreck.

 

You got a DWI instead of a DUI for that? Interesting. What state are you in?

I know around here if the first DWI isn't a Felony, the second one is.

Frequently worst and best converge.

 

I got arrested twice.

Once for B & E...got caught breaking into a "haunted" abandoned asylum. I was 16.

Once for robbery...I let a bunch of chickens out of a semi truck the dude left unlocked.

Both charges were dropped.
