The true mark of a man is not what he disbelieves, but what he does actually believe in.

    Do we believe in God?

Were the moon landings a hoax?

Anyone recognize these outtakes from other threads?

Just what are the trustworthy institutions in todays societies?

Sounds like a crack addicts paranoia, but I truly trust nobody

Even science, perhaps the most fundamental part to our understanding of everything, get's updated throughout generations from false theories.

Religion, and politics do have an agenda along with corporate media. So transparent that you just feel sorry for the people suckered by them, devoting their lives to someones wallet

Trusting any politician is like believing a carnie when he tells you that you can win this new color television.

I trust my family and friends and that's about it. Sometimes I come across strangers I know I could probably trust with my life - some people just put off very kind vibes.

as far as any kind of organization - nope.

I trust everyone who was in my house last night.....100%.....accept maybe for my neighbor's son who was changing his little girl's diapers on my new rug with no towel or anything underneath.....WTH!...after I told everyone it was brand new...Who does that?..... He could have asked me for a pee pee pad.....I happened to walk in that room....saw that...and walked out again without saying anything....but that was the only thorn in my side last night....lol

rug is rolled up again and put away for now.....

I also trust my brother 100%.

    Oh, politics.....not a one 100%.

The moon landings weren't faked at all. Even the Soviets tried their best to disprove it and failed. The Americans not only went to the moon, but took cars! When you look at the landing sites now, it kind of looks like a trailer with a beat up car out front (though not up on blocks).

On the issue of trust, well
    I trust Jane, my wife
    I trust Skip
    I trust my weed dealer
    I trust Louis Farrakhan
    I trust Ben & Jerry
    I trust Justetrini & Brooks
    And
    I trust bacteria.

    I don't trust Oinkers
    I don't trust Judges
    I don't trust Congress
    I don't trust the left
    I don't trust the right
    and
    I don't trust all-you-can-eat buffets.

peer reviewed scientific journalism, and the observability of diversity, the observability of its impartiality, and the unobservability of any absolute limits to it.

i trust that things we know nothing about also exist, but not what people have made up out of thin air, to convince other people to pretend to know.

i trust that some things happen more often then others.
that many things happen more often when other things happen first,
and that very little else, can really honestly be claimed to be known.

i trust the PROCESS of science, precisely because, it can and does correct itself, and never stops doing so.

i don't distrust whatever invisible things might actually happen to exist, should they choose to do so,
but i do distrust, most things people convince each other, to pretend to know, about them.

i distrust anything that would wish to be feared. am incapable of doing otherwise. and completely baffled as to how, anyone, is ever, capable of doing so.
i do not trust "family values" (family values = the mafia)
i do not trust claims that the human species is incapable of of mutually considerate behavior.
i do not trust claims that generalized hierarchy, among humans, exists, for any other reason, then the irresponsible choice, to be inconsiderate.
i do not trust the human ego's inability to accept its own omniscience.
i do not trust hatred of logic, nor any source of its promotion.
