These surging whisperings swirl with intense simplicity; sweet universal pearls... my tabula rasa cup fills with a mere drop. Instant endearment... :grouphug:
cheers, sylvan! dew on the web... -Ancient One, of bearded moss, coils to curl these python boughs; lichen-scale flair blends barkenly, as hoary canopy glistens in sprawl.- Pearlescent panpipes, my pleasure!
Indeed, it is wonderful... however, I can't claim ownership Not sure of the original author of 'The Magic of All That Is.' Thank you for reading and responding, please feel free to share 'The Magic of All That Is' with everyone.
glimpses of the luminous nature, of plants and people, have been experienced; intuitive knowing, has resulted in an energetic world existing, beneath the texture of forms appearance. when meditating, this glowing garden of consciousness whispers that it is our home... one follows these paths of newness. a crystal, waterfall, star, galaxy and et-intelligence all nodes of the web of life, each radiant with the same indwelling infinity. nothing is ever gained or lost, it just changes, for we are not parts of the whole, we are the whole in microcosm... fractal universal flames. expanding to your conception of limits, removing the not and walking on the bridge of equality into infinity... really feeling this. god-self seed growing into a massive gnarled-oak galaxy. the heavens shine, each gem of presence teaching with the beautiful light of being; each cell within us is saturated, by seemingly far-off solar flares, instantly. shifting gears, ascending from 2nd to 3rd to 4th, all within the same car... rambling, loving you, be well & bright blessings
I loved these parts the most... Also, thanks for resurrecting the past and bringing up all the old threads!
Your poetry is so light and joyous, without being vapid. I have enjoyed reading these several times this week. Your style reminds me of Emerson, who is one of my favorite poets. I noticed some underlying hints of Jungian psychology, well done and very subtle. I do hope you intend to publish.
Much Love Here is a paper I recently composed.... felt some may enjoy a longer work. CHAOS, COILS BEFORE A FALL, CREATING THE ABYSS Lilith (1892), by John Collier
In the comparison of the Greek, Mesopotamian & Judaic creation myths, a common element of coiling or agitated chaos can be viewed, exiled from power like a falling star. In speaking of the geographical origins of the three creation myths, the Greek and Mesopotamian cultures remained geographically stable, while the Judaic creation myths were sourced from both Israeli and Babylonian, modern Iraq, locations. These wonderful myths wove a tapestry of various gods and goddesses. In the Greek creation myth of Ophion and Eurynome (pg. 46,) the archetypes were Chaos, Eurynome “of the good name” and Ophion; in the Babylonian creation myth (pgs. 71-72,) the archetypes were Apsu the freshwater ocean, “the first, the begetter”, Tiamat, the saltwater sea, “she who bore them all”, and Kingu her lover (from their union came all the gods, including Marduk, the champion & Ea, god of waters); In the Talmudic creation story (pgs. 76-78,) we have the One God imbuing life through his Shekinah (divine presence,) to creation, in the presence of Gabriel & Samael. Prior to creation in the Greek, Babylonian & Judaic myths there was: Chaos and darkness, Sky and Chaos & the Lord God respectively. In the Greek creation myth, Eurynome, the Great Goddess of all things, rose from the waves naked and danced upon the sea, the south wind spun her around and she grasped the fertile north wind. Ophion, seeing her tempting dance, made love to her. Eurynome transformed into a beautiful bird and gave birth to the universal egg. Ophion entwines around this egg until it hatches and the world comes forth. In the Mesopotamian creation myth, Tiamat and her son Marduk battled. Marduk trapped her in his net and released an evil wind, into her jaws, which combined with his arrow, ripped open her belly, tearing through her insides and splitting her heart. Marduk then ensnared all of Tiamats' followers, in his net, and made them captives. He used half of her to create an atmosphere of sky, including constellations, from the remainder was created earth. He then informs Ea that he will create man; from the blood of Tiamats' lover Kingu he fashions mankind. In the Judaic creation myth, when the Lord decided to create the world, the twenty-two letters of the alphabet came into His divine presence; each one wanting to be the first one spoken. Beth was chosen, as the first letter of the spoken word 'baruch,' meaning “blessed.” Thus God blessed the beginning. The first day, heavens, earth, light, darkness, day and night were created. On the second day, the angels were created, including Samael and Gabriel. The third day was the day of plants, metals and the paradise of Eden (for the righteous to inherit, upon death.) For the fourth: the sun, moon and stars. The fifth, spawned sea creatures including Leviathan, the birds, including Zinn. On the sixth day God created the beasts, including Behemoth and the first human Adam. God had discussed creating humans with the angels, some angels complained and they were consumed by fire. God then ordered Gabriel to bring soil, from the earths four corners, to make man. God created the body, and was about to join it with a soul, when the angels led by Samael again expressed concern that God would waste a soul on a piece of mud... creating a thinking being out of dust. God, tired of sentient beings not trusting Him, cast Samael out of heaven. God made Adam, out of the dust gathered by Gabriel, and breathed into him the breath of life. Adams first wife was named Lillith, when she was created in debatable, she would not take a subordinate role and chose to dwell with Samael and the fallen. God, empathizing with Adam, then created a good subservient woman named Eve. Adam and Eve, naked and innocent, ruled over the planets and animals of their new environment. In closing I would like to share this thought-provoking quote (pg. 81) “The wonderful ability of the serpent to slough its skin and so renew its youth has earned for it throughout the world the character of the master of the mystery of rebirth-of which the moon, waxing and waning, sloughing its shadow and again waxing, is the celestial sign. The moon is the lord and measure of the life-creating cycle of the womb, and therewith of birth and equally of death-which is two, in sum, are aspects of one state of being. The moon is the lord of tides and of the dew that falls at night to refresh the verdure on which cattle graze. But the serpent, too, is the lord of waters. Dwelling in the earth, among the roots of trees, frequenting springs, marshes and watercourses, it glides with a motion of waves; or it ascends like a liana into branches, there to hang like some fruit of death. The phallic suggestion is immediate, and as a swallower, the female organ is also suggested; so that a dual image is rendered, which works implicitly on the sentiments. Likewise a dual association of fire and water attaches to the lightning of its strike, the forced darting of its active tongue, and the lethal burning of its strike. When imagined biting its tail, as the mythological “uroburos,” it suggest the waters that in all archaic cosmologies surround-as well as lie beneath and permeate-the floating circular island earth.” (Joseph Campbell 'The Masks of God: Occidental Mythology.)
Neurokindler An aloof cryptographer, nexus point braille reader of neuron labyrinths, sends out optical fibers to sense within memory. Outside the vectors, of logic gate impressions hyper-linked in magnetic domains, a sight of hazel keys releases these mahogany locks. The heart has been too long ensnared in a mental tower of solitude, within this ivory scholasticism. Look for the soft pink aureole, reminds the auricle. Foreshadowing melts this blight of hoarfrost, as the rejuvenating breath of a glowing lover disables all defenses. Molten streams escape eyelashes as she begins her fire dance, searing through layers of black ice, the dragon of conceptual treasures writhes trying to protect guarded feelings. Before turning up the heat she dons brazen armor of leather and copper-scale. An ambidextrous light-show ensues as she whirls her fire-dipped poi chains, limitlessly purifying the inner currents. ~~*
the most things you write appear to me as a: fragile rose, who is exhaling a gentle sweet-orange colored aroma with a mixture of bitterness and strong female energy with a often doubting but clear vision/will. thank you for sharing those inspirational moments.
My pleasure, thank you for taking the time to read my poetic offerings. I am feeling much joy for all of the inspiring sharing that is taking place & now see the wisdom of moving the poetry forum to its current location. Shanti & Bright Blessings
Sophia ~* A template of eyes, wave matrix of ethereal manifestation, unfolds as potentiality. Shekinah of the holy breath acts, shining beyond the center of will, surrendered to the universal causation. Brilliant unities, chorded enochian, are lawfully transliterated as an inter-folding, symbolic, chameleon-language clarity. Crowning nimbus of the unspoken word instantaneous. Gaze piercing the veils ephemeral. Honorable presence which cradles all. She forgotten, remembers the duty of anointing, with fire, the prepared. Left hand path of Kali and Rose. Right hand path of Mother and Caduceus. These inner roles of being are essential. Inside her sacred breast the immortal child is born witnessing, anew. What can be said of Wisdom? She is beyond Binah, for a tree is only knowledge. She who would be honored must be allowed, within, as baptism of burning. ~* Shalom (Inspired by Alex Grey in his artwork "Sacred Mirrors") http://northernway.org/sophia.html
Goddess on a work break The softness of my jacket cushions, beneath your knees, as your calves rest on my back; toes feeling warm clothing, as they clench and release. Your heady aroma swirls about me, pulling me like magnetic musk, coaxing me to surrender to the moisture, already slowly forming in slick droplets, on your swelling lips. *Presses calves harder into your back, as I lower into the beautiful harmony of my tongue and your lips; they sing together of the love, that we share....* Lingering, entranced by warmth emanating from your yoni. I close my eyes thinking of how to describe the nectar of your secretions. Then, with dissolved mind, begin kissing your thighs and pelvic mound; wanting to start on the perimeter, so as to awaken ecstatic responses. Painting, your skin with my tongue, I begin to trace poetic pictures, of indescribable feelings, in the language of bliss and honoring. Your honeyed moisture envelopes me, as I drown with gratitude in your fullness, kissing each recess with nurturing passion... until your hands reach down for my hair. *Pressing your head into me, eyes closed and head thrown back, I too, dissolve into the poetic offerings. Slowly rising, out of this human condition, souls exit to become one another.*
Prana, the Life Force 'The energy which activates the physical body comes through the etheric body in the form of prana, the life-force. This is the component that distinguishes a living being from a corpse. When the prana withdraws, there is no longer life. We ingest a little prana with our food, but primarily it is infused into our bodies as we breathe. The Physical Body must be mastered at some point in our evolution. It is not separate from, or antagonistic to, the Soul, but simply that aspect of the Soul that can be perceived by the senses. Enlightenment occurs at the physical level, not in abstract space. All the metaphysical processes can be explained in physiological terms – the actions of hormones, metabolism, endorphins, etc. The physical body is the home of the limited conscious mind, governed by the root chakra. Expanded consciousness results when dormant brain cells become activated. You must begin where you are. By bringing consciousness into the physical you get a glimpse of the etheric. Traditionally, the physical body was mastered through Hatha Yoga. The Etheric (Pranic) Body appears to the psychic eye as a bluish glow around the physical body. Working with the breath and with Mantra, you can become sensitive to this subtle layer of your being. Governed by the 2nd chakra, this is the home of the unconscious mind, archive of all personal memories. It is contacted in hypnosis because it is so highly suggestible. Physical disease and pain can be created or cured through these suggestions. Emotional traumas that produce our obsessions and self-sabotage can be healed by bringing consciousness to painful memories. The Mental Body has traditionally been mastered by Raja Yoga. This energy is how we project ourselves into the world. The Astral Body is the transparent “aura” in which psychics see colors and symbols that represent your emotional state. Once in the Astral Body, you can leave to travel in that plane at will. This is the home of the Collective Unconscious, the Universe's data bank. It is the most subtle of material, at the atomic level. The Astral Body is governed by the heart chakra and can be mastered through devotional Bhakti Yoga. The first four bodies are on the earth plane. Up to this point movement has been horizontal, from the outside world to the inside. Mastery of the four lower bodies is the full fruition of our human potential, prerequisite to moiving into the next plane of existence, from human to super-human enlightenment. The Spiritual (Bliss) Body is the state of full Self-Realization, where the Divine Essence is fully embodied. This is the Fifth Dimension that is talked of so much recently. The Cosmic Body is the state of God-Realization, where Self has totally merged into the All. The Nirvanic Body is The Void, beyond human comprehension.'
