When I was about 14 I recorded these two songs on my $12.00 tape recorder I bought with money I made helping a neighbor bale hay. I would carry it with me and listen to these songs as I walked to the store two and a half miles away where I would buy a pop for 12-cents, a candy bar for 10-cents, and a 5-cent cigar. Even now when I hear the opening to these songs, I feel the sun and taste the sweet and biting RC Cola.
