    The big toe.

    It causes me the least pain when I run into something in a dark room.

    I've always been a big toe person myself--it's the first one I or anyone ever notices.

    I always try to take care of my toes, to make them as presentable as possible, especially with keeping the nails trim. (The same goes for fingers too. LoL)
