Which Music Software do you use to play, create or record your music?

I'm currently using Studio One on my laptop, along with Bandlab thru a browser. I also have Cakewalk but not using it much.

On my Android tablets and phone I have Bandlab, SynprezFM synthesizer and Perfect Piano and a few more.

All these programs can work with midi so I can hook my keyboards and guitar up to any of my devices and create music with a minimum amount of hardware, and a maximum amount of options for recording, arranging and mastering.

And all these programs are free, except Studio One, although my old free copy still works!

I just use a Revox A77 and a crossover microphone pair.
Music has an amazing clarity, when no one messes around with it. :D

Needless to say, the popular music crowd really hate me. LOL

It's been so long since I heard the name Revox that I had to look it up! Well I guess reel to reel tape is soft-ware.

I'm not majorly into creating commercially viable products, so my whole system, with respect to music is fairly basic. I play everything, Videos and Music with VLC, and I edit music using Audacity.

Fred Zinnemann was one of my greatest supporters. The actors don't sound as if they have a mouth full of marbles. :D

For printing out music, I use Power Tab Editor, it has Standard Music Notation and Tablature, you can use it to score Guitar, Bass or any string instruments.
I use it to teach and to give it out to people on the internet on guitar forums .
For recording I use old Tascam tape recording, because I like the way Anolog tape compresses string instruments , in ways Digital doesn't.

i prefer tape myself. i don't have any equipment right now. and buying used stuff and finding a quality service center is problematic. so, I get by with digital. but as i said, I prefer the tape my own self. would love to get my grubby little mitts on a couple ADAT's if i could find acouple in nice shape
