after you stop for a while cracking feels pretty odd. My joints do feel much better (albeit stiffer), I can tell the difference.
I crack way too many things. sometimes I worry about it, especially my neck. the weird one is my left ankle, it pops very easily. I'm trying to cut it out, that and biting my nails.
I'd stop cracking my neck if i were you but because i am me i am going to have to be content that i already have.
Just my fingers. Once I accidentally cracked my neck and had to go to the hospital coz I couldn't move coz it hurt so bad. That was kinda funny.
my fingers, both joints my wrists I can only crack my shoulders once a day, because the rest of the day it just pops out of the socket without any fuss (popping it out is a cool way to freak out young 'uns) my jaw cracks quite often when i jut my jaw forward (but i have to because my jaw has a tendency of going in, so i have to remind it to be normal lol my hips crack sometimes too very rarely do i click my back, but it does happen lol
I do all ten fingers, either down or sideways, wrists and elbows even though I shouldn't since I'm a pianist :\, Ankles, and back if I've been sitting a long time. I've done my pelvis once or twice, but involuntarily. I like the way it sounds, and it feels good. I can feel if they want to be popped and to me it feels like they need to be, although I know it really isn't. My chiropractor isn't pleased with it. Perhaps I've made it too strong a habit, my wrists have started to crack by themselves without me doing much more then resting my hand on my face. Lol.
