    I'm looking for it now...

All I remember is that it was one word, almost sure it began with E

But I'll mention Boxing Helena while I'm looking....

That was a seriously messed up movie!

20 dates. Arthouse documentary about a guy who was to go on 20 dates, he was a bloody PIG of a man, but in the end fell in love or something so he didn't complete the dates. I dont know it was stupid.

"The Boob" a silent movie from the 1920's....it was so weird, so random, far more out there than any talkie.

Are you thinking about Existenz? I've just watched 13th floor which has a very similar feel to it.

The Dark Backwards - strange flick about a comic with an extra arm that grows from his back. Easily tops for ones I have seen.

Most of the films mentioned are ones I really like, and dont find that odd!

some runners up for me were Repo Man, Hi Ma, Whats New Pussycat, Multiple Maniacs and an Italian horror flick called Cemetary Man. All out of the ordinary.
