Which "Famous" people have you met?

My late Uncle Wally started the worlds largest Christmas store in Frankenmuth Mich. It's still ran by the family.

 

One of many, dear sir. I have an arsenal of them.

 

Ronaldinho is tiny.And fuck his teeth are even worse in real life.Otherwise , seems pretty normal tho for a ( former) superstar.

 

In about 1960 - I was 10 years old. I stood outside Yankee stadium for hours with my Dad to get Mickey Mantles autograph- seems ridiculous now but ....

Sometime around 1972 I met famous veteran & peace activist - Mr. Ron Kovic-at a Hotel in Cleveland -some of you might have read his book "Born on the 4th Of July"
We chatted a bit- - thats it.

Later on I met Howard Stern in an elevator- He,s a tall bastard- just said hello.

T.R. Knight, from Greys Anatomy, came into my work one night.

Some dude from the show LOST. I don't watch the show, but a lot of it was filmed where I use to work. Actually saw him at the grocery store.

And then I met Xavier Rudd. Tis all.

 

i met hari rhodes when i was in an army hospital.he was visiting for the u.s.o. he was interested in how everyone was doing and we talked about the t.v. show he was doing.very unassuming guy.after i decided to post this i looked him up on wikipedia and learned his biography.i'm proud to have met him and to have shook his hand.

 

nah, he seemed ok. Jon Lovitz was bitchin about his girlfriend though. It was pretty funny.

 

I think I've met god too...satan as well

 

I later found out the 2 are the same person

 

Ronnie James Dio, Tony Iommi, Geezer Butler, Vinny Apiccce, Rob Halford, KK Downing, Glen Tipton, Lemmy Kilmister, Chuck Billy, Alex Skolnick.

I met all those guys when I had VIP passes to the Masters of Metal tour. I didn't meet everyone in Priest or Motorhead because the other guys left. And I only wanted to meet two people from Testament. That was one of the best days ever.

 

most of them were just kind of a run in, brief word type thing...not really "meeting" them but:

-Dave Grohl + Taylor Hawkins
-Alice Cooper, said hey and all that jazz at the fear fest a while ago
-Talked to Ben Nichols for a bit and pretty much just said hey to Roy and Brian
-Ken Casey, said hey and stuff once or twice between sets at a Murphys show
-I've talked to Mickey DeSadist a couple of times, and sort of got my friends band a gig with them.
A bunch of other people I consider famous that you've never heard of...

he is, he was really cool...and he said I was pretty, which I'm sure is programmed into his brain for meeting fans, but it was still sweet lol


also, I met Kiefer Sutherland while filming in Toronto... he was also pretty nice, though couldn't talk long.

 

My grandparents had a few people at their house , all so called Royals.
"Princess" Margaret , CRown Prince of Japan , Diana Spencer and the like.
Now I can remember why I didnt see most of em( not that I was bothered)

It was cos me and my cousin started singing The Dambusters music when the Mayor of Munich was there..

 

i don't think it "counts". i chat with a famous person... but he's going to be in jail for the next 15 months.

i've taken a few music lessons from the drummer of Brown Brigade, played some gigs with Earl Johnson from Moxy and jammed with Anthony Gomes and Jamie Dart

and one time at a concert my buddies and i chatted with the guys from Sanctity in the crowd after they opened for Dragonforce.
