Meanwhile he hated it and left the show, plus he thought he had enough publicity where by Hollywood would be banging on his door, since platoon was big, he had one line in the movie. he was wrong, he got a few low budget films for quite a while. But the publicity wained. He was forgotten, then came Benny and joon, and what’s eating Gilbert grape, where he played a very kind and caring young man, who cared for people, with a bit of a quirky side to him, which women went crazy for. A man who was the caregiver.
