Red wine is strong, and it is horrible!!! I much prefer beer myself (Grolsch, Budweiser, Carling) and alcopops such as WKD etc. I quite like Lambrini as well.
I drink MGD when working outside in the yard or in the garage playing. Only red wine, if I drink wine at all. But mostly... Bourbon and coke.
redwine is good i think. i like most wine though, i get a different sort of drunk from them. my friends and i call it "wine happy." for beer i want it darker than the standard beer, not too well versed in beers but i lean towards the darker ones. but above all else stands one drink for me... rum. yarg! i may be a hippie, but i'm deffinitly part pirate. shots of rum and a coke and rum is good to chase them if i feel like having a chaser that night... or day as the case may be. "yes, yes, but why's the rum gone!?"
Dry Red wine because it tends to make me think more deeply White wine if I want a lightness to my evening Red if I am doing anything creative but it gets me more drunk The white wine is for when I want to be social and less drunk
thats one of the least specific possible ways to describe your taste, actually i love beers, particularly higher gravity, very malty brews such as imperial stouts, strong beligians, doppelbocks...i like darker, more full bodied lagers but very few pils....i do love pilsner urquell though, and becks can be nice on a hot day....hefeweizens are also among my favorite styles, and they're usually very far from dark but still heads above any hay colored lager..... rum is good, and brandy, and some tequilas...vodka is good if its mixed in a cocktail... i'm starting to learn to like wines more. right now i'm drinking a pinot noir. i really know very little about wines though, particularly i know little to nothing about the differences in most styles and growing regions....
:X Beer, but it takes a lot of it to get a buzz. So i'll give you my orders of preference without endorsing any product. 1. lite beer: because u gotta watch that figure. a side note, there ain't nothing lite about lite beer if you drink a lot of it, lol, 2. good vodka, straight, on the rocks, or as a martini, 3. peppermint schnapps, 4. as i learned as a katrina survivor, anything the bar (Johnny White's Sport's Bar) had when we endured one month without power. i live in NOLA's French Quarter with 3 animals. i was not working, there were no utilities, so i guess i had to drink, hehe.
Nowadays, I don't really drink much alcohol. However, when I'm in the mood I really like REAL ALES and fruit ciders. You also can't turn down a nice glass of wine (red or white) or some Sake (hot or cold).
i jus purchased 20 bottles of stella atois an im gonna try an drink em all THEN go to the pub , i wont like but i can try
