Seriously though, things are getting somewhat out of hand. And as much as I would like to allow total free speech, there is a line that needs to be drawn. Constructive criticism and clever flaming is hilarious. Bickering and harsh, uncreative insults are not.

Moderate yourself or we will be forced to moderate you, because I'm personally getting sick of bullshit and post reports. Bannings may start happening if we don't use this place productively.

I thought this place had been getting 'nicer' since the time I've been on. Especially with the new people. You may get a couple jerk responses but for the most part people here offer help and suggestions. I also agree with NH.

If you sit in the background and don't contribute.. and than pop up again every few weeks to complain about this place.. well I don't really think you have any reason to complain. If your not contributing to the forum what you want to see come out of the forum, than your no better then anyone else here.

QFT. Not that I don't think you guys do excellent jobs, but you keep saying "....Or else there'll be bannings" and they never happen. Kinda makes it feel like empty threats. And the trolls just keep doing what they doing knowing they ain't ever gonna be banned.

Mods don't have the direct ability to ban some one, there is a process and it takes time. It's not easy moding/baby sitting the dreadlock forums, No one can be around 24/7 and the line between following and breaking the rules is to thin. By the time a mod gets to the problem its allready over, every one's had there say and thrown there insults.

Its a shame there is such confusion and ignorance in regards to defining "Free Speach."

yeah, I can't ban people. it's a process. and the supermods and skip disagree a lot, too, so that's why. I don't usually complain about forumers but when I do I talk to the people on top, after that it's there prerogative to ban or not. But I've never pushed very hard for a banning so far, usually when a supermod says they don't want to I leave it at that.

If you really think something should be done about anyone or anything, message me and we can talk together and then talk to stinkfoot about it.
