    Yes, the bones are removed from the ashes of the fire, placed in a coconut, they say a prayer then take it to the sea and let it drift out.

    That is my wish for my own funeral. I've never seen a better one!

    No, as much as it would be nice to have Bali in the Pacific Ocean (far away from Indonesia!), it isn't there. You've been brainwashed (hey haven't used that term in awhile!), by the song Bali Hai, which was supposed to be somewhere in the South Pacific (from the movie of the same name), but was actually filmed on the island of Kauai in Hawaii (on Lumahai beach). Are you confused yet?
