Where in Lancaster can I rent an apartment with really thick walls?

I'm practicing to sing so I want to feel free knowing that the neighbors don't really hear me. It's impossible with thin walls, so can you suggest to me the area where I can rent an apartment (or maybe a house) for reasonable prices where I can feel free and protected by the good thick walls? Stone or brick or something... Thanks
