Just curious well nosey to hear where people managed to go barefoot over the weekend... I had quite busy one on Saturday I went to work in the morning but come noon I was out the door shoes thrown in the back of my car and finally barefoot I went to grab lunch at a fish shop then went home and walked the dogs before meeting my mother and sister at a cafe for coffee and cake followed by a walk around town in and out of charity shops before we parted ways and I went to the supermarket. Later in the day I went to ikea and parked as far away as I could you know to walk all around the dirty car park and up the stairs my feet were black! I seemed to be in there for hours but I came home walked the dogs again and that was Saturday over.

Sunday wasn't quite as busy I got up walked the dogs and cleaned the house and garden up. That took me till noon where I decided a quick trip to a shop (b&m) would be a good idea I bought a coffee machine and sure enough I had to buy coffee to go with it so another trip to the supermarket was needed got home walked the dogs again and that was Sunday over.

Here i am now Monday morning and I'm dreading the thought that in just over an hour I'll be pulling socks over my toes and putting shoes on for work. Until next weekend.

Was barefoot as I left work Friday afternoon. Let me say that the only time I wasn’t was at the gym Friday and Saturday for about an hour each day. I wore my Vibram Five Fingers since I’m not allowed to work out barefoot there. Barefoot at the restaurant Friday evening. Mowed my lawn and ran errands at the shopping center on Saturday barefoot.Went on a ghost tour that evening that’s was put on by an historical society in a neighboring town and walked all around with the group barefoot and ate dinner at one of their local restaurants. This was so cool! Spent all day yesterday barefoot just doing things around the house.

i'm not sure, i don't really put enough thought into my footwear to memorize when i was or was not wearing shoes. i know it's starting to get cold here, so i know i wore shoes more than usual.

Stayed at home, watched cartoons with the kids. Went to the park, not much else really.

Last weekend i ran a ton of errands, went and saw Dream Theater live, went to Chuck Fil A and Wal-Mart.

So far this weekend I went to the dentist for a check-up and went grocery shopping. I'll be working tommorow (I'm self employed).

Last weekend was more active though.

Love those types of lazy days and they are so much better spent with bare feet!

Just back from a quick Sunday shopping trip. Went to the household discount shop for some much needed cleaning supplies and then went onto the pet shop for some snazzy new coats for the dogs! Both in my bare feet and not a single problem.

Its 8 degrees C here in England and it rained non stop yesterday so the ground is still mostly wet with a few puddles around.

Taking the dogs to the park later and they'll have bare paws and I'll be barefoot.

Was out barefoot this morning also on an errand to Walmart. This is the same store where the greeter told me a few years ago that for my safety I needed some thing on my feet. Went to the customer service area, conducted my business and chatted with the clerk and didn’t have a problem. I’ve been revisiting the same stores in the area that gave me problems a few years ago about bare feet and haven’t been having issues. We’ll see.

I think generally here in UK supermarkets are quite tolerant and in my some 12 years of adulthood barefooting never had an issue.

Back from a walk with the dogs, I love autumn barefooting, wet golden leaves are like a carpet under my bare soles and the cool sticky mud is a real delight.

All around my house - and garden (but that could be anyone - so I guess that doesn't count?!)

The things you can do barefoot. What a surprise, isn't it? I took my kids shopping yesterday and we were gone for about 3 hours. When we got back, our feet were dirty as hell. Walked through a lane where a lot of pigeons hang around so there was their wet poo everywhere which was weird to interesting over. We had a good shower anyway.

Oh no pigeon s**t that's the worst, one of the few things I true my best not to walk on if I'm honest I hate it. Not a good combo of fresh poop and feathers stuck to your soles.

Oh well another weekend over and done with and I'm sure to keep this thread going. So on Saturday we had non stop rain! I went out shopping with my mother just to a small retail park (asda living, tk Maxx & dunelm for the brits here) was all good fun and the rain sure kept my soles clean, was a little slippery at times too. Our shopping trip was followed by a pub lunch which was lovely. Later in the day was the usual dog walk then back home and that was Saturday over.

Sunday wasn't even remotely exciting except for the dog walk and I deliberately walked them in a field completely soaked it was a real mud bog but all great fun.

How does your mother react to your being barefoot? I spent most of yesterday in Brighton which was fun. Stopped for a country walk en route. Plenty of mud and fallen leaves to squish through. Downside was that then walking on wet boggy grass restored my soles to pristine.

To say as a boy I would happily run around barefoot all summer long as an adult my mother wasnt initially too keen on me being barefoot with her in public places. Quite a bit old fashioned I think. Over the past 10 years she has become accepting and doesn't even comment on my footwear choice any more.

My regular Walmart shopping trip and also Home Depot.
Only my second time barefoot in HD.
It was really busy and I was pushing a shopping cart, so I doubt anyone noticed.
