I'm in a part of the Netherlands that is just above sea level. So now I have nothing to worry about including climate change :cheers2:

Billy, I am sorry but I choose not to say where I am from. I can give hints or clues if someone wants, oh here, lets just say I live near the ocean, mountains, desert, cities and if you go down aways to the 2nd big tree, where the road curves you will see a left turn, dont take that one, take the next one, turn left there, go aprox 550 feet and you will see the pod in a clearing. that is where I am. 2 miles up a "holler" high on a hill in our cabin.....'bout five miles from nearest town. Nearest neighbor about half a mile away... No other homes/cabins or yurts can be seen from our hilltop.....
