When, as you say, my semen backs up (which it really doesn't) my fantasies are about women. I find them the most beautiful creatures on earth an am thrilled I can interact with them. When my hormones are driving me towards sexual release I lean towards opposite sex imaginations and longing until I can't handle it anymore. That's when I turn my imagination and fantasy into fact and reality.
Good question to be researched. But just a thought here. Some guys fantasize about eating their own cum but when they ejaculate that idea ends with a bang, why? I think this post is along those same lines of thought.

This thread does follow along the same line. Again, it's hormone release in the brain that stops the idea pronto. The release of a significant spike in prolactin puts your brain into a calm and sated state called the refractory period (That's one period women do not have which is why they can be multi orgasmic, damn them). Not as a sexual desire, but as a reward or pleasure. It's like wanting to eat that slice of apple pie. The visual look of the pie causes your mouth to salivate.
