When your bones crack

    I think when your elbows crack...it feels good lol and the back and shoulders..

    ...I have a bad habit of cracking things :(

    it obviously feels good to crack your joints; otherwise i don't think people would do it all the time.

    cracking bones on the other hand, would hurt like hell.

    I heard is ok to crack your joints except for your spine, don't know if it is true or not.

    I crack my spine daily, sometimes more

    if not it gets all stiff and it really hurts

    but I've had plenty of abuse done to my back

    but my fingers are the same way
    and my wrist cracks constantly

    I have to crack my joints all the time because they get kind of "stuck" and hurt if I don't.

    Elbows, shoulders, hips, knees, ankles, fingers, wrists, toes...

    i love cracking things :D I have to crack my shoulders every morning otherwise I cant move them right :O

    i love it too. it feels nice :(

    I can rotate my wrist and every time it'd crack

    Shoulders can hurt at times and knees, they dont really crack for me, I crack my ankles and i bend my foot lol I stopped cracking my toes because it started to hurt

    Dont ever crack your knuckles in the cold...it hurts! :mad:
