When you go to bed, what are you wearing (if anything)?

Yeah, but isn't it so much more fun when someone helps you take them off? ;-)

 

By being clothed it takes something away from the narrative especially when talking to the press after the danger has passed.


Well I was fast asleep in bed when the wireless emergency alert app on my phone woke me alerting me to the presence of the approaching tornado.

I jumped out of bed naked as a jaybird, and made a bee-line to the underground shelter, but not before waking up my wife, and my children
who were sleeping in the adjoining rooms.

This towel is all I have between me and a charge of indecent exposure...lol..

 

I always keep a pair of shorts (short pants...not underwear) next to the bed (and a t-shirt, if there's time to don that), with a good belt and holster, with my wallet, a lock-back knife, my SAK, a multi-tool, a flashlight (probably 2 lights), and my keyring...which also has a flashlight, a tiny cutting device (made to slice seatbelts), a small ink pen, and a tritium fob, so I can always find them in the dark. In case of home invasion, I always have a pistol next to my bed, and another very close by...as well as a blindingly bright tactical flashlight, and of course, my cellphone.

When I was a little child, and our house caught on fire- my mom grabbed me out of bed and ran outside, then came BACK inside to grab my dad something to wrap around him as he stood butt naked out there in front of everyone else watching the house burn down.
Even after all that, he still continued to sleep naked....

When I'm in a bed I am nude.
My own bed for sleeping - Nude
The guest room bed of whom I visit - Nude
The bed at the hotel - Nude
The bed I make outside under the stars - Nude
The massage parlor bed - Nude
The hospital bed for an overnight stay - Nude (as soon as I wake from the anesthesia)
The flower bed in my garden - Nude . . . . . well . . . . . not always but as often as I can.
The river bed or lake bed - Nude (as long as there isn't an issue with other people)
Any other place that might be identified as a bed - Nude if possible

Shorts or shorts and a tee in winter .I can't sleep naked. I do have a genuine phobia about having to evacuate in case of emergency .

 

I think the authorities would make an exception in the case of an emergency

 

I could never understand the whole " get undressed to get dressed for bed." I get undressed for bed and that is it.

 

I sleep in the buff and love it.

In the summer I sleep naked, but in the winter I always wear fleece pajamas.

 

PRN, "mountain lingerie" (long underwear).
And thick, wooly socks. I'm old, and get cold feet.

 

Sweatpants and a t-shirt.
