oh yah, thermostats. i wake up trying to get to the thermostate to turn it up before i'm awaike enough to realize i'm cold.

this ususaly doesn't happen though. only if it goes from summer to winter to quick to reset the damd thing. or the battery wears out and this is the hard way of finding out that it did.

blanket stealing is long solved by not trying to sleep in same bed at same time as anyone else. one reason we keep different hours and mine might seem rather odd.
