What's your stupidest childhood memory?

on one episode of the joy of painting i heard squeaking in the background and he said he had to feed his squirrel

"even trees need friends...i think i should make a cloud live right over here, but you decide for yourself cause it is your painting"

those shows are probobly filmed last thing before he goes to bed cause the rest of the day is spent picking at it

when i was 10-11, three of my friends and i filled our neighbors swimming pool with all the rottin tomatoes from our gardens... at first they sank but after a week or so they became so waterlogged they started to break open and floated to the top

 

when i was about 3, i was playing a nintendo game, and my brother wanted to play, but i didnt want him to play, i did...but then he persuaded me to get off if he gave me a shiny penny...that penny was so damn shiny, i couldnt resist...



but the stupidest thing by far that i have ever done was when i was about 6. I decided to put my electric toy train on my head and turn it on, and let me tell you...wheels and hair is not a good mix...i cant even remember how my mom got it, but i bet it was painful



oh ya! and my first grade teacher was the biggest bitch ever! apparently i couldnt color well enough, so she kept me in for reccess, just so she could have me color that way she wanted me to...that bitch. Well, you dont expect anything nice to come out of a teacher named mrs.finch...

 

I was really into the power rangers and I wanted to go to karate lessons so i could become the pink ranger (so embarrasing) and worse, I used to actually believe I was the pink ranger and started dressing in pink for a while! now just thinking about having any item of clothing in pink makes me cringe..

long before that my mum would never let me grow my hair so i always had really short curly hair. I really hated it, so I would take off my long sleeve jumper off and wear it around my head as if it was hair and i would walk around my village like that. I'd always forget to take it off and wondered why people were looking at me funny.

there are many other things that I did as a child that are so embarrasing.

 

ha, kids are so stupidly cool.

when I was about 5 I used to make little houses for fairies in the garden, with wee beds and duvet covers and a wardrobe full of flower petal dresses and I really truly believed that fairies existed and that they would stay the night in my fairy beds.

i was a total dork.

ha, another time my cousins and i tried to play volleyball with jelly.

we also made up a game called Bash a Bush, where you sat on the rope swing and the other cousins would try and push you into trees...the person who could stay on the longest won. We got cut to ribbons by the trees (i still have a scar on my back) and we had to stop playing after we gave my cousin a concussion.

the same cousin broke his elbow during another game called SUMO Bounce. You stuffed pillows down your front and back and then bounced on the trampoline, smacking into each other. The object was to knock everyone else off the tramp.

so we were violent dorks too

 

ha yeah i remember Captain Planet. My friend and i used to want to marry Wheeler....

 

Oh geez...so many...

One of the more stupid things I did though, was when me and my cousin were like four and three, we had one of those plastic pipe sets and made a jungle gym out of it, once I pretended to be a princess in trouble and made my cousin help me escape our bedroom...which he did by planting one of the pipes through our huge sliding window...shit he got in heaps of trouble for that.
There was also the time that I was mucking around near our window on the second story, and fell out into our garden which was filled with cacti - and I was not dressed :s the prickles got EVERYWHERE

The one that beats all of those is something that another kid did when I was in intermediate...he got bullied by some of the bigger guys in our class to push a paperclip into a power socket, blew out the entire block and would have killed himself had the power been on :s nice guy though.

 

oh how could i forget! one halloween, i turned around next to this table with a candle on it. .. my hair went ablaze =( luckily we got it out before it ruined too much.


and i was OBSESSED with the elephant show when i was really little. i still can do the song with the hand motions. my mom thinks its cute. hehe

oh, and I would watch this movie called Adventures in Babysitting everyday. And do everything I could that was on the screen. The beginning has her dancing to a song.. its really hard now to hear that song and not do some of the dance..

 

when i was little and would take baths, i would pretend like i was the host of a workout tv show that involved women in bath tubs exercising so i would lift my legs up and down and stick them out of the water and shout "and 1 and 2! thats it ladies! come on!"

 

oh oh oh i also remember conversing with my friends about our different tooth fairies. i said that a blue tooth fairy was my tooth fairy, and theirs would be green and pink and all that stuff.

then i remember losing a tooth, not telling my parents it happened, and sticking the tooth under my pillow only to find that it wasnt gone and that there wasnt any money there. i was puzzled

 

When I was 3 there was a 2 week period where I refused to answer to any name except Thomas (my real names Michael), due to being obsessed with Thomas The Tank Engine

Oh and when I was 5 me and my friends at school were playing Ghostbusters at break time and pretended that we had to climb up a big tower (which was in reality the school gate) to get to the ghost that we had to catch. Only being 5 years old, none of noticed the 'caution, wet paint' sign. My favourite t-shirt had to be thrown away cause mum couldnt get the paint out of it

 

my two friends and I took a lighter and perfume and would make like those fire...blower type thingies
then i did it with glitter hairspray
ahaha
...but we did it in my room, and the fire alarm went off
hahaha

i got a concussion at daycare, once..

and my friend and I redid that movie The Ring at her house one day because we were bored
I still have it on film haha

I was the girl and the man, and she was the woman and the man at the video records place..

and our 'well' was behind the couch...

ahaha

 

one halloween, my friend and i both dressed in the same outfit, a go-go girl, and we went to the fire department and they were having a costume contest, and SHE WON MOST ORIGINAL.

i had a toothbrush that played the tune of 'it's a small world' and i cried when we had to throw it away

and my favorite color was yellow because of the yellow power ranger
